Berlin, Germany
Upscale brunch spot in Kreuzberg from a former Michelin pastry chef.
Frühstück 3000 brings fine-dining technique to breakfast. Co-founded by former Michelin-starred pastry chef Lukas Mann, the Kreuzberg location opened in 2023 across from the Jewish Museum on Fromet-und-Moses-Mendelssohn-Platz. The menu centers on dishes like the Chicken 3000 (fried chicken on a cheddar waffle with chili-bacon caramel), crème brûlée French toast, and a farmer's breakfast with green asparagus and truffle butter. The restaurant sits in Kreuzberg 36, one of Berlin's historically alternative neighborhoods with a strong queer community presence. Weekend reservations fill quickly — plan ahead. Open Tuesday through Sunday, 9 AM to 4 PM.
