Tampa, Florida
Gay nightclub with two floors, drag shows, and VIP room
Johnsons is a gay nightclub and male entertainment venue on Armenia Avenue in West Tampa, opened in September 2022 by bodybuilder and venue operator Matt Colunga. The space previously operated as Cristoph's, continuing a long run of gay bars at the 2606 address. Two levels: a street-level bar for conversation and cocktails, and a separate entertainment space with performers and a VIP room. The weekly lineup runs Amateur Night on Wednesdays, Industry Night with half-price drinks on Thursdays, full shows Friday and Saturday, and rotating themed Sinful Sundays. Happy hour is 7 to 9 PM nightly. Johnsons originated in Fort Lauderdale before expanding to Tampa; both locations were later acquired by Pride Holdings Group.
