Tampa's leather and Levi bar — Towel Thursdays and Pup Nights.
MR D'z is Tampa's leather and Levi bar, opened in 2023 on North Nebraska Avenue to fill the gap left when the city's earlier leather hangout closed. The smoke-free room, around 1,800 square feet, keeps things functional and unpretentious: two fenced patios, a dance floor, and free lockers. The calendar is built around the community it serves, with regular nights for bears, pups, and the leather crowd, including standing Towel Thursdays, bear parties, and monthly Pup Nights hosted with local clubs. After another local bar closed in 2025, MR D'z expanded its hours and effectively became the anchor for Tampa's leather and kink scene. It draws a friendly, come-as-you-are mix rather than a velvet-rope crowd. If you're into gear, or just want a low-key night with that community, this is the spot in town.
