Puerto Vallarta's gay beach — and the most prominent in Latin America. The LGBTQ+ section runs along the southern stretch below the Muelle de los Muertos pier, identifiable by the blue lounge chairs placed by the Blue Chairs Resort. Gay-oriented beach clubs line the sand: Mantamar, Sapphire, and Ritmos (the "green chairs") among them. The pier and beach sit at the foot of Zona Romántica, PV's gayborhood, with bars, clubs, and hotels all walkable from the sand. Sunsets here are the daily ritual.
