Mount Olivet, Kentucky
All-male, clothing-optional RV park and campground on the Licking River, April to October
River Ridge is an exclusively male, private, member-based, clothing-optional RV park and campground for men 21 and over in Robertson County, Kentucky, about 50 miles south of Cincinnati. It opened in 2018 and sits on more than 2,200 feet of Licking River frontage, so kayaking and fishing are part of the deal. The park is clothing optional throughout unless an area is marked otherwise; along the river a wrap is required. The 2026 season ran April 10 to October 26. Annual membership is $30 plus tax, or a $10 Traveler's Pass if you are passing through, with photo ID at check-in. Sites are full-hookup 30/50-amp RV sites up to 45 feet, tent sites with electric, primitive tent sites and seasonal lots with a waiting list; rentals are the Mini-Barn Queen and Presley Place cabins, the Mallard deluxe RV and a four-bed air-conditioned bunkhouse. 2026 nightly rates for two start at $55 for an RV site, $35 for an electric tent site, $20 primitive, $110 for the cabin and $130 for the Mallard, plus tax. Day passes run 10 AM to 9 PM at $25 Sunday to Thursday, $30 Friday and Saturday and $45 on holidays; call ahead for the gate code. On the ridge: a 20-by-40-foot salt-water pool, two hot-water soaking pods, a sunning deck, the Club Rosey's rec hall, a camp store, laundry, showers and Starlink Wi-Fi. Events land about every other weekend, with Halloween closing the season. Pets stay leashed and out of the main building, bathhouse, pool, pods and rec hall; cabins add $25 per pet.

We verified 32 LGBTQ+ campgrounds in the US, from 700-acre men's retreats in the Ozarks to a women-only resort in Michigan's Thumb. This guide covers every one we could verify from the campground's own website: who's welcome, what clothing optional means there, what you can sleep in, what it costs and when the season runs.

After 40 the velvet rope matters less and the pool deck matters more. Here are the six destinations that deliver, the bear weeks and cruises built for a slower pace, and where to stay in each, drawn from our venue listings and event guides.
