Built by the team behind the former Coconut Cove Guesthouse, it's organized around a secluded heated pool, a paved sundeck, and a hot tub, with tropical landscaping and BBQ grills for guests. Rooms come with kitchenettes — full-size fridge, microwave, coffeemaker — plus pillowtop beds and flat-screens, ranging up to a penthouse apartment with a private balcony over the pool. A continental breakfast and weekend poolside happy hours are included, and the daytime crowd skews social and welcoming of all body types; it's a longtime favorite among bears and the men who like them. Free parking, and it's one bridge from Sebastian Street Beach.
