The kitchen cooks everything from scratch with a deep commitment to local sourcing: relationships with area farmers and producers drive a seasonally rotating menu of creative shared plates, wood oven-fired pizzas, sumptuous entrees, artisan breads (chewy, hearty, house-baked), fresh salads, soups, and seasonal desserts.
