Part of the Gay Fort Lauderdale Guide — bars, events & things to do.

Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Male-dancer bar on Andrews Avenue with a patio grill.
Boardwalk is a male-dancer bar on North Andrews Avenue, a few minutes south of Wilton Manors and a Fort Lauderdale fixture for more than three decades. Dancers perform nightly across the floor's platforms, with private back rooms off the main room for a closer look, and recurring cabaret shows giving the week some shape. Out back, the Gussy's grill and patio serve food from the late afternoon, so you can eat before the show gets going. The crowd is a casual mix of locals and visitors and the vibe leans late-night rather than dressed-up; it's a dancer bar first, a hangout second. Opens nightly, earlier on weekends, with the grill running from around 4pm.
