Part of the Gay Fort Lauderdale Guide — bars, events & things to do.

Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Gay-owned Wilton Manors dive bar with pool, karaoke, and drag.
The Corner Pub is a gay-owned dive on North Andrews Avenue, a few blocks off Wilton Drive — and that location is the whole point. Run by Anthony and Shannon Henne since 2010, it's a regulars-first neighborhood bar that trades the Drive's noise for pool tables (free on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays), a patio, and no cover or attitude. It's also the home bar for the Stonewall Knights motorcycle club. Wednesday and Saturday are underwear nights, with 2-for-1 beer and well drinks if you show up in your skivvies. Monthly "Bring Da Meat" cookouts raise money for local charities, part of a long record of supporting LGBTQ+ causes. The vibe is unpretentious Wilton Manors: if the bigger bars up the Drive start to feel like work, this is where you go to actually relax. Open daily from the afternoon, late on weekends.
