Part of the Gay Fort Lauderdale Guide — bars, events & things to do.

Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Wilton Drive's mega gay nightclub and concert complex for circuit events.
The Manor is the big-room option on Wilton Drive: a multi-level complex of roughly 16,000 square feet, open since 2009, built around two distinct spaces. Epic Nightclub is the multi-themed club floor with a performance stage; The Manor LIVE is a glamour-styled concert hall anchored by a towering chandelier. Combined capacity runs to about 1,500, and the place operates mostly on a ticketed-event model rather than as a nightly walk-in bar. That means the calendar is the thing to check: circuit DJs, touring acts, Drag Race alumni, and recurring leather and fetish events all cycle through, with doors typically Friday and Saturday nights. When a name is on the bill, this is where the night ends up; on a quiet weeknight it may simply be dark. Worth crossing town for the right event, less so as a drop-in.
