When is San Diego Pride?
San Diego Pride is the largest single-day civic event in the region and one of the largest Pride celebrations in the United States, attracting over 250,000 people each year.
San Diego Pride 2026
The 2026 celebration's official events run Saturday, July 11 through Sunday, July 19 (opening with the Dyke March July 11; marquee weekend July 16–19) under the theme "Pride Shines On."
Parade Details
- Date: Saturday, July 18, 2026
- Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Start: Hillcrest Pride Flag at University Ave and Normal St
- Route: Traditionally west on University Ave → south on 6th Ave → into Balboa Park, about 1.5 miles (confirm the final 2026 route at sdpride.org)
- Cost: Free
Pride Festival
- Dates: Saturday, July 18 (12 PM – 10 PM) and Sunday, July 19 (12 PM – 9 PM)
- Location: Marston Point, Balboa Park
- 2026 Headliners: Krewella and MARINA

- Spirit of Stonewall Rally — Community rally during Pride week
- Pride 5K Run & Walk — Saturday, July 18 at 8:00 AM, starting at Centre and University Ave in Hillcrest
- Hillcrest Block Party — Street party in the heart of the gayborhood
